For the third time, we had an absolutely wonderful stay at Novotel, and once again, I want to express my gratitude to the incredible staff who made our vacation so special. The welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service are what keep bringing us back. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade with a beautiful pool view, the same room we had our first time in Novotel - this made our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Roma from guest relations, who was always available to assist, quickly resolving any issues and offering great service. One of the best parts of our vacation is always seeing familiar faces from previous stays. It's a pleasure to return and be welcomed by the same amazing staff who make us feel at home. A big thank you to Abd El Rahman from the pool bar for his fantastic cocktails and warm hospitality-he always makes guests feel special. His professionalism and friendliness truly make a difference. I also want to express my appreciation to the talented kitchen team, including the chef preparing delicious pizzas, the one making perfect eggs in the morning, and the wonderful woman baking fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. Their dedication and hard work ensure a fantastic dining experience. Photographer Sam also does a great job capturing beautiful memories for guest every day. A heartfelt thank you to General Manager Mohamed El Amry for leading such an exceptional team and maintaining the high standards that make this hotel so special. We had a wonderful stay at Novotel palm th staff where incredibly welcoming and attentive ensuring all our needs was met specialy ghadir the reception manager ask for her when your their. The rooms were new and clean. The food is amazing their chef achour and Sayed will make your food amazing. The location was ideal. It's my first time rating a hotel but I couldn't not to because it was an amazing experience. Thanks for all the staff for making our trip unforgettable see you soon.
